After the hectic three-month stretch of being over-scheduled and over-worked, it’s time you gave your mind and body the break they need. Unfortunately too many small business owners feel that running at break-neck speeds is the only way to get ahead, and while that may be true for awhile, neglecting your own needs will soon catch up with you and take a toll on your professional and personal lives. We’re guessing that the busier tax season became, the more you neglected your personal needs, like exercise. The great thing about exercising is it can help you relax and relieve stress.
